b. Enter your preferred Custom ID.
c. Now you have to choose the Record List from the drop-down in the List/Record box.
d. Make the necessary edits as per the requirements.
e. After doing all the edits, click on the Save button.

Now that the Transaction Body Field is created, follow these steps to configure returns or refunds between your NetSuite account and Shopify store.

- First, log-in to the Oracle NetSuite account and go to the main dashboard.
- Now select Customization from the navigation pane and then click on List, Record & Field, and then finally select Transaction Body Field. Now you can see the Transaction Body Fields section.

3. Now, copy the ID of any specific Transaction Body Field, and sync the returns & refunds from NetSuite to Shopify.
