It has been 20 years of constant technological innovation centered on solving the online store challenges faced by sellers. Today, let us navigate through our journey of global excellence.
While many sellers across the world know us as an eCommerce integration software development company, we describe ourselves as an organization that is ready to take up challenges and focus on developing advanced solutions that ease the operations for sellers, allowing them to sell more. As of now, we integrate ten major sales channels across 50+ marketplaces with NetSuite ERP, Walmart WFS, Amazon FBA/MCF, and 150+ 3PLs.
All of this had not been possible in a day; it took us 20 years to achieve what we are today! There were many ups and downs, but we held our ground with sheer determination to solve issues by developing solutions and continuous innovation for sellers managing their online stores across USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Spain, Japan, and much more. Let’s overview the story behind the rise of the organization.
Coming from a business background, AJ knew the potential of digital commerce for increasing sales. The challenge, however, was making a shift from offline sales to setting up an online platform. That is when he got the first issue to solve for online sellers - develop an eCommerce website. He came forward with the idea of providing digital solutions to the budding online sellers.
In just a span of half a decade, WebBee not only doubled the team but also offered services for online retail stores, helping sellers streamline their operations. WebBee offered NetSuite Customization along with other eCommerce services, solving the day-to-day problems of sellers efficiently. The idea was to help them in streamlining their operations for better sales and higher customer satisfaction.
This year marked a turning point in the journey of WebBee. Mrs. Himani Jain, the co-founder and director, suggested that the eCommerce websites and customization are not what the sellers are seeking anymore. With the exponential rise in digital commerce, the new challenge is getting rid of manual operations and order failure. This is when they decided to step into the pre-built automation tool for faster business growth.
WebBee shifted its focus from service to building products that make e-commerce easier for sellers.
Keeping their idea of automation in mind, we came forward with their first application launched - Amazon MCF by WebBee for Shopify sellers officially listed on App Store. E-commerce sellers can get their orders fulfilled by the vast and competent network of Amazon. We are proud to say that we were the pioneers in building such a solution for Amazon MCF. Sellers could automate e-commerce operations and utilize Amazon MCF to the best of its potential. This Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment(MCF) application helped digital merchants to connect Shopify with Amazon MCF or FBA, automates their fulfillment operations, and delivers them globally.
With the huge success of their first and second application, many Shopify sellers wanted to integrate their stores with NetSuite ERP, and so WebBee developed a new Shopify NetSuite integration plugin known as the Robust NetSuite Integrator, officially listed on the Shopify app store which foster sellers with smooth business operations and along with centralized dashboard to manage tough financial and accounting tasks through advanced SaaS-based pre-built application.
This year, WebBee expanded its automation to third-party logistics(3PLs) integration as well. This is when they got the idea of developing a separate platform that gives sellers more control over their fulfillment strategies. In 2020, we created MapMyChannel by WebBee and incorporated the following:
1. Sales Channel - Shopify and Amazon
2. Fulfillment - Amazon MCF
3. ERP - NetSuite
This unique platform helped sellers integrate multiple sales channels with various fulfillment partners on a single dashboard. They could manage all these integrations on just one dashboard and analyze loopholes in their operations to make better strategies. With the automated features and real-time sync, they got complete control over their operations.
We constantly innovated and introduced new features that helped sellers in automating operations with more efficiency and accuracy. We also partnered with the following platforms so their sellers can also automate their operations. This allowed the sellers to grab as many opportunities as possible in terms of geographical delivery and expansion.

In our mission to help as many sellers as possible, we collaborated globally with e-commerce marketplaces and developed integration solutions for the following platforms:
1. Walmart Marketplace
2. Etsy
In addition to this, we enhanced Robust NetSuite Integrator as we got amazing reviews from our customers that motivated us to innovate further. Therefore, we added advanced B2B functionalities, hold order feature, bulk order management, and multiple currency support.
This year, we launched Amazon MCF by WebBee for TikTok Shop, which was our first step towards empowering TikTok sellers. We began with the USA, and soon after receiving a great response from the sellers, we even expanded into the UK.
We even added more sales channels in MapMyChannel:

As we kept innovating, we came up with a feature in our application, Amazon MCF by WebBee - Non-Amazon order routing that sellers could utilize to ship orders with other 3PLs as well. Hence, we added various carriers such as:

2.ShippingEasy
3.ShipBob
MapMyChannel by WebBee introduced new integrations for TikTok Shop with NetSuite ERP after its huge success. This finally made MapMyChannel a platform that can be leveraged for multi-channel selling. Sellers across sales channels and marketplaces could integrate with Amazon, NetSuite, and 3PLs. Additionally we brought:
1. Sales Channel - Temu
2. 3PL - Huboo
With years of experience and hard work, WebBee continued making innovations and collaborating with various eCommerce platforms. We even expanded the reach of our applications to multiple marketplaces. Here are the expansions that we have made this year, so far:
Amazon MCF by WebBee for TikTok Shop: Japan, Spain, and Germany
MapMyChannel for Temu: United States, Europe
We also partnered with Square and added it as the new sales channel in the MapMyChannel application.
Last, but not least, WebBee, for the first time, developed an Open eCommerce API Integration that aims to connect the individual eCommerce websites and various sales channels with a range of fulfillment solutions, including 150+ 3PLs.
Walmart WFS added as a fulfillment solution to MapMyChannel enabling sellers more control and flexibility.
