I haven't worked with this app for long, but the support available as I am going through configuration is incredible. When I've bumped into problems I am able to get assistance almost immediately, and Shivam has jumped on several Zoom calls and patiently walked me through what I needed, both on the integration app side and in NetSuite. He's gone above and beyond to support me. The knowledge of the support staff is top notch and has made connecting to a notoriously challenging piece of software much less stressful.
This app also has so much flexibility and so many options for our integration. It's been a pleasure to work with so far!
