Can Amazon MCF fulfill my Flipkart orders?
Yes. WebBee sends your Flipkart orders to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, so they ship from the stock you already hold in Amazon's fulfillment centres in India.
What is a blank box?
A blank box is Amazon's unbranded packaging. The order is fulfilled by Amazon but ships in a box without Amazon branding. Availability and eligibility are decided by Amazon.
Will my customer see anything from Amazon?
Unbranded packaging removes Amazon branding from the box. A packing slip is included by default in India. If you do not restrict orders to unbranded packaging, some orders may ship in Amazon-branded packaging, so we recommend turning on "ship only in unbranded packaging."
Does Flipkart allow orders to be fulfilled from Amazon warehouses?
Flipkart supports a Self Ship workflow, where the seller handles logistics directly or through a 3PL. Check that Self Ship is available for your seller account and categories, and follow Flipkart's dispatch and delivery deadlines. WebBee sends dispatch, tracking and delivery updates to Flipkart. What about cash on delivery orders?
Amazon MCF in India handles prepaid orders. Use routing rules to keep cash on delivery orders on your other fulfillment option, such as your own warehouse or a 3PL.
Do I need a new Amazon account?
No. WebBee connects to the Amazon seller account and the stock you already have. If you are not yet storing stock with Amazon in India, we can walk you through getting started.
Where can orders be delivered?
Amazon MCF in India delivers to addresses in India, covering more than 20,000 PIN codes according to Amazon.
How are fees charged?
Amazon bills its fulfillment and storage fees to your Amazon account. WebBee's plan is separate and based on your order volume.
