J2EE Developer

Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
Experience: 3 – 5 years
Desired Skills:
•    3-5 years experience in development with strong working knowledge on Adobe Flex.
•    High-level of attention-to-detail to ensure quality code revisions and overall product quality.
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
•    Self motivated with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
•    Good networking abilities both internally and externally.

Web Designer

Qualification: Any Diploma, UG/PG with additional specialization in Arts/Graphic Design or equivalent.
Experience: 2-3 years
Desired Skills:
•    Sound Knowledge in Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Fireworks, Illustrator, CSS.
•    Knowledge in latest industry trends (SEO, browser standards) would be an added advantage.
•    Good communication skill is compulsory.   
•    Ability to learn new Internet and web development technologies relevant for website development.

Desired Skills:
•    Strong familiarity with front-end web development, particularly JavaScript.
•    Experience with data visualization and large databases, like SQL would be preferred.
•    Familiarity with modern web development frameworks, preferably Python/Djano and Ruby/Rails.
•    Possess a demonstrated interest in Open Government issues.
•    Experience developing mobiles sites/apps would be an added advantage.
